I am an Ugly Duckling. I am sweet and shy. I am very self-conscious, avoiding attention, trying not to be noticed. I work at pleasing others, even if I am hurt in the process. I do my best to look nice and keep up with the latest styles, but I can never get it right. Others pick on me and others feel sorry for me. I may not get everything I want, but I know who I am.
